6 Television offers an extensive range of archive material. The release
and use of archive material is subject to the terms under which the
original material was recorded - in some cases archive material may
require clearance from third-parties such as previous clients or
participants. A major part of our archive is not subject to third party
rights and is usually available to anyone. The following general terms and
conditions apply to all archive sales -

Previous and current
customers
|
|
Previous
and current customers enjoy access free of charge to archive material that
Channel 6 Television has recorded for previous assignments for such
customers - providing that the new production or application for which the
archive material is required is produced by Channel 6 Television.
For production assignments that will be produced elsewhere, previous and
existing customers may purchase archive material that Channel 6 Television
has recorded for previous assignments for such customers according to
Channel 6 Television's current archive prices and terms for external
customers. |

External customers
|
|
|
|
External customers seeking archive material
for use in a production that will be produced elsewhere (not by Channel 6
Television) may purchase archive material under license for a specific
production. Archive material not normally available for unlimited use, and
the copyright to the original material remains the intellectual property
of Channel 6 Television. For productions that include creative programme
credits, the use of Channel 6 Television's archive material and
photographer shall be credited.

License Rates
|
|
|
|
Archive material is licensed at a rate per
minute per clip. The rate is dependent on the category of archive
material and the application. Rates are quoted in Danish kroner, exclusive
of Danish VAT (MOMS) and sundry charges.

Clearance
|

|
|
The release and sale of any archive material
is subject to appropriate clearance from relevant third-parties and
participants. Clearance will be handled by Channel 6 Television's
production manager at the current hourly rate. Channel 6 Television
reserves the right to approve the purpose for which the archive material
shall be used prior to release.

| Archive
search, viewing and selection |
|
| We
can undertake an archive search for you, or you may visit us and view
material that we have selected beforehand. Depending on the material and
the number of clips needed we can also prepare a preview copy for viewing.
These services will be charged at the production manager's current hourly
rate |

| Delivery
formats |
|
| Our
standard delivery format is Digital Betacam - other formats such as
Betacam SP are available. For shorter clips digital delivery via ftp may
be possible. Please contact us for further details. |

| Licensing
terms and copyright |
|
| All
archive material supplied by Channel 6 Television is licensed per
production - for multiple production use additional rates or royalties
apply. The copyright to the original footage remains with Channel 6
Television Denmark - no archive sales agreement implies a transfer of the
copyright unless agreed in writing. |
